Are you a member of the scientific and/or academic community and have recently arrived in Leiden? Our house is available for short-stay rent from September to April. Located 9km from Leiden city centre, you can drive to the centre in 10 minutes, cycle in 25 minutes or even less if you have an e-bike. There’s also a bus to the station just 10 minutes walk from the house.
Fully equipped house on a holiday park
Our house is located at Europarcs Kagerplassen, sleeps a maximum of 6 people, but for short-stay rental we recommend no more than 4. The house has 3 bedrooms, a double, twin and bunk. The kitchen is well-equipped and has an electric hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The house has air-conditioning and netting on the windows, ensuring a good night’s sleep. There is also a communal washing machine and dryer at the park office. The house is strictly non-smoking.
Short-stay rental up to 3 months
Short-term rental is per calendar month, with a minimum of one month’s stay. The maximum stay is 3 months. Unfortunately, you cannot register at the park as it is not intended for permanent residence. You pay a deposit up-front and payments are made through Europarcs. We can provide you with a factsheet and more detail on request and will require proof of employment.

- Bed linnen on arrival: € 11,50 p.p.
- Monthly cleaning / inspection: €94,50
- Clean linnen minimal 2 x a month: € 11,50 p.p.
